Deck Stairs Replacement & Dog Yard Project

Hooray!  One of our Restoration & Maintenance Year projects is essentially complete:  replacing the east deck stairs, which were basically rotting away from the inside and out (see photos below).  We’re also fencing the area just behind the house, so that Yara will have a nice outside space she can access via her doggy door on the upper deck, whenever she wants to.  This is a huge improvement in convenience . . . and safety!
